About Howard Eirinberg
Howard Eirinberg is a former private equity-backed CEO with deep experience leading businesses through growth and successful exits. As CEO of Kronos Foods, he helped drive significant business expansion while positioning the company for a successful sale. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 30 management presentations and played a leadership role in two successful exit processes in a seven-year period, resulting in 5x and 3x MOIC. This experience gives him a firsthand understanding of how sophisticated buyers evaluate companies and where deals gain or lose value.
“I wish I had known this information well before I started the sale process. I would have loved to prepare in the months and years leading up to that process and prior to the investment banker's arrival.”
– Howard Eirinberg

Unlike traditional advisors, Howard brings an operator’s perspective to exit preparation.
Howard has led teams through the realities of scaling a business, building value, and navigating the pressures of a sale process, and has seen where a lack of preparation leads to discounted valuations, difficult diligence, or failed transactions.
